Our recruitment team matches qualified healthcare professionals—including nurses, allied health specialists, and other clinical staff—with positions that align with their expertise and career goals. We facilitate placements nationwide at hospitals, long term actute care and long term nursing and rehab facilities and outpatient clinics for assignments that typically range from 13 to 26 weeks.
We streamline the interview process for both facilities and candidates, ensuring the right fit for each placement. Our experienced Compliance Team handles all of the credentialing and oboarding requirements, including medicals, background screenings, employment verification, licensing validation and any other facility requirements. This thorough process ensures that healthcare facilities receive qualified, fully credentialed professionals and our staff are fully prepared to step in help to fill staffing gaps and at the same time advance their careers.
